#1 We want to get to know you.
During your initial visit, we will introduce you to our highly skilled, professional dental team in a relaxed, informal environment. Extra time will be allowed on this visit to chat with you and to give you the opportunity to share with us your individual desires and needs. Building a strong relationship with you is very important to your and our success.

#2 You will look as good as you feel!
We offer a complete service of cosmetic dentistry, which includes lifelike porcelain veneers, tooth-colored fillings, porcelain crowns and porcelain inlays to maintain your natural look. We are skilled in assisting you with a comfortable and functional bite.

#3 Our preventive approach to dentistry makes for a healthier you.
We offer a protective coating to the chewing surface of back teeth to prevent decay, for children and adults. After the teeth have been professionally cleaned, the surfaces are especially receptive to prescription doses of fluoride. We also offer fluoride for your use at home. A complete perio assessment (to detect gum disease) is done at each initial exam and preventive maintenance appointment. We do a thorough oral cancer screening and blood pressure monitoring as part of the initial exam and cleaning, and at each preventive maintenance appointment. We will always share our recommendations on what should be done to maintain your dental health free of disease.

#4 Bring the whole family!
We like to get an early start on dental care education and we have found that children are receptive and learn quickly. We welcome and encourage parents to bring their children in for a special get acquainted visit.

#5 Your comfort is our prime concern.
We provide personalized audio systems, vision systems, nitrous sedation (gas) and tender loving care to create a relaxed feeling. We want you to be an active participant in your own dental care. Visual monitoring by you is always available during any procedure so you can see exactly what’s happening at all times.

#6 Keeping all of us healthy.
Our sterilization system is designed to prevent the possibility of any cross-contamination from one client to another. All instruments used for your services are pre-packaged, sterilized and untouched until you are in the operating suite. We, of course, wear gloves, which are disposed of at the end of each appointment. We provide you with safety glasses and we protect ourselves with safety glasses and masks. This protocol prevents the spread of germs so we all stay healthy.

#7 We want to treat you the way you want to be treated.
You oral health needs will be mutually identified and personalized for your unique situation. No treatment is started until the rationale and extent of it is fully explained. You must be content that you have a complete understanding of fees and procedures. We also help you with long-range treatment planning, to give you an opportunity to plan for needed major dental projects in years to come.

#8 No office call charge on emergencies.
No office call charge on emergencies for our established clientele during business hours. Emergencies will be accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We will not disrupt our scheduled clients, but we will relieve your pain immediately. Any subsequent treatment will be scheduled for another time.

#9 We have convenient hours.
We are open Monday – Thursday  8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. we are available to Schedule, collect and triage any emergency patients.  All clients are seen by appointment. We respect your time and we strive to be on time for your appointment.

#10 You are always welcome to speak directly to the staff.
Our office staff is specifically trained to answer most of your questions. Or your chart and questions will be forwarded to Dr. Allan, and he will return your email as soon as possible.

#11 We can refer you to a specialist if necessary.
We maintain a network of dental specialists to whom we selectively refer our clients. We select these specialists because their standards of care and philosophies are consistent with ours.

#12 Fees are based on care, skill, judgment and cost of operation.
A coded receipt will be provided upon payment, which you may attach to your insurance company’s claim form. We offer electronic claims processing to those of you who request it. Clients with dental insurance should remember that professional services are rendered to and charged to the client and not to the insurance company. We will always provide as much assistance to you as we can so that you can take advantage of your company’s offered dental benefits. Payment is appreciated before you leave the office. Financial arrangements are available in several formats when this is necessary.
