LocationOur office is located in the northwest corner of Colorado Springs at 5125 Centennial blvd. Suite 100 off the Intersection of 30th street and Centennial Boulevard just off Garden of the Gods Road. Directions from I-25, Garden of the Gods exit. Travel westbound on Garden of the Gods Road about 1 mile. Turn right at the Centennial Blvd intersection. Travel about another 1 mile until you intersect 30th street. Our office will be a red brick two-story building with large dark windows on the right side of Centennial Blvd. AdministrativeWe are a fee-for-service office of dentistry requesting payment at the time of treatment whenever possible. To assist our patients, we have a Dental Finance Program, Care Credit and also accept MasterCard and Visa for payment. Additionally, our office will work with most Dental Insurance Programs that allow you to choose your own dentist. Please contact us to discuss other possible insurance benefits and potential financial arrangements. To save time at your next visit, complete the printable forms ahead of time. |
