Dr. Kaila is a highly experienced dentist with more than 25 years of clinical experience, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care for patients of all ages. He has been practicing since 2004.His approach combines strong clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to patient comfort, education, and long-term oral health.

Dr. Kaila earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Dasmesh Institute of Research and Dental Science, affiliated with Punjabi University in Northern India. He completed his Rotatory Internship (Residency) at the same institution, gaining comprehensive hands-on experience across multiple disciplines of dentistry. Dr. Kaila moved to the United States in 2004 and has practiced dentistry in the states of Minnesota, California, and Colorado.

Beyond his formal training, Dr. Kaila has demonstrated a deep commitment to service through volunteer dental mission trips in the mountainous regions of Northern India, where he provided much-needed dental care to underserved communities. These experiences have shaped his patient-centered philosophy and reinforced the importance of accessible, ethical dental care.

Dr. Kaila is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Colorado Springs Dental Society, ensuring he remains current with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Outside the office, Dr. Kaila enjoys an active lifestyle. He is married and the proud father of two daughters. An avid sportsman, he enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and competitive shooting sports. He also holds a private pilot’s license, reflecting his passion for precision, discipline, and lifelong learning—qualities that carry over into his dental practice.
